Shaker Elite Bison (CDYWL Travel Team - COED) - $150

When: Tuesday and Thursday 6-7:30 pm practices. Mondays Practice 6:45-8:00 and CDYWL Match Nights start 5:30 pm

**Meet the Coaches Night November 26, 2024, 6:15 in SMS Auditorium

Access to Hammer Wrestling Practices Saturday 9:00-10:30 AM at Colonie High School begins December 2nd, 2023

This program works directly with our JR Bison program. Wrestlers who wish to be on our CDYWL team will be part of this program. In addition to the JR Bison practices on Tuesday and Thursday, Wrestlers will practice on Monday’s from 6:45-8:00pm at Shaker Middle School, and on Saturday from 10:30-12:00 pm at Colonie Central High School. The Saturday practice will be a joint practice with Colonie CDYWL team and other Hammer Youth Wrestlers from the area.

Shaker Junior Bison (3-6th, COED) - $125

When: Tuesday and Thursdays, 6-7:30 pm.

**Meet the Parents Night November 26, 2024, 6:15 in SMS Auditorium

This program will build on the previous level and continue to improve fundamentals. In addition to improving fitness and sportsmanship, match tactics and match strategy will also be taught and increase success on the mat. Wrestlers will continue to sharpen their skills while still emphasizing FUN. Weekly local tournaments and the State Tournament will be encouraged for the wrestlers to attend.

Shaker Mini Bison (K-2nd, COED) - Cost $125

When: Monday and Friday 6:00-7:00 pm. Begins November 27, 2024.
