Camp Itinerary:

Times are approximate*

1:00-2:00 pm - conditioning & agility (outside on track if weather permits) bring outdoor running sneakers

2:00-3:00 pm - drills/stations: defense, shooting, passing, rebounding, ball handling, etc

3:00-3:15 pm - snack

3:15-4:00 pm - 2 on 2 & 3 on 3 games game play - focus on movement on court, spacing, setting screens, reading the defense (older groups)

4:00-5:00 pm- 5 on 5 games
